For this project, I wanted to familiarize myself more with hand painting stylized assets and making a hero prop. I also really wanted to stick to the concept art as much as possible, drifting only to translate better into 3d. For my process, I blocked everything out in Maya, sculpted in Zbrush, retopologized and UVed in Maya, handpainted in Substance Painter, and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag. This was a ton on fun and I hope to do more like it in the future.
